Fortnightly OHS&E Audit: General Manager conducts these, and all required actions are undertaken and closed out by responsible personnel and management fortnightly.
Hazard/Incident Reporting and Close Out: A Hazard/Incident Register is maintained, and all staff are encourages to report new or potential hazards as soon as they become apparent.
